Come and experience the art of origami!

In this fun, hands-on workshop, you will learn origami techniques step by step and create a variety of exciting paper models to take home. You could make a jumping frog, ninja star, paper plane, inflatable balloon, crane, animal finger puppet, spinning top, and more! Whether you are completely new to origami or have tried it before, everyone is welcome. There are no age limits - please come along and join us. Let’s fold, create, and have fun together.

About Junko Ritz
Junko is an origami hobbyist based on the Central Coast. She has been practising origami since childhood and enjoys sharing the creativity and joy of this art with the community. Through her origami workshops, Junko encourages creativity, mindfulness, and fun. Origami transforms a simple square sheet of paper into intricate shapes, which offers an activity which is both simple and exciting! The various folding techniques provide cognitive and physical challenges, which support development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and cognitive engagement.
