A SENSE OF WONDER

  • ERINA LIBRARY - THE HIVE 620-658 Terrigal Drive Erina (map)

A Sense of Wonder is a gentle, hands-on exploration of the everyday sensory experiences that can help us feel more grounded, focused and connected. Together we'll explore scent, touch, temperature, texture, gentle movement, and natural materials while learning how different sensory experiences can influence our wellbeing.

Rather than offering another list of things you should do, this workshop invites you to discover what genuinely works for you. Through curiosity, conversation and evidence-informed practice, you'll begin to build your own Sensory Prescription - a personalised collection of sensory experiences and simple rituals that support your unique nervous system.

FREE EVENT - ALL AGES WELCOME
